It was more than a broken spring; the technician gave me an estimate and would be able to fix immediately, which was tempting. However, the owner wanted mpore than one estimate using what was said to be needed. We found one $300 lower and another even lower than that; both with full warranties using all new parts. The technician was knowledgable and polite.
