"I had a new garage door opener installed in the evening and everything was operating okay.The next morning, the wall garage door opener and my car openers was intermittent. I called the next morning and Tina scheduled technician Jerry Parker to replace the new garage door opener the next evening. Not only did Jerry replace the garage door opener, he also moved the green sensor to the other side of the garage door so it was visible to me from my garage door opener wall switch. He rerouted all the wires so it ran along side of the garage ceiling beams. He re-aligned and leveled my garage door tracks so it was parallel to the floor by reinstalling new brackets. He lubricated all the hinges on my wooden sectional doors, the ends of spring bearings, tightened all the nuts on the sectional doors, lubricated the sliding track below the moving belt. He told me what lubricants to buy and I should oil them 2x a year. Everything worked fine that evening.I had no problems with garage door for several days afterwards because it was either raining or overcast. I noticed the garage door opener “acting up” again when it was a sunny morning. I called Tina and told her my concerns. She told me she was going to have Jerry come over in the morning and he would replace the sensors and wiring.I told Jerry my problem when he came over the next morning. He diagnosed the east sun at a certain angle in the sky was shining on the sensor. He removed the sensor and bracket from the bottom of the garage metal door tracks. He installed an extension bracket and mounted the sensor to the back wall of the garage (behind the door tracks so the sun would not shine on it. Jerry has encountered this problem before in his 20+ years installing new garage doors and openers.Kudos to technician Jerry Parker and the front office member, Tina, for scheduling my appointment and diagnose the intermittent problem.I would definitely recommend Precision Doors to all my friends and co-workers!"

"Today my Garage Door spring broke and I was referred by my neighbor to Precision Garage door. I called them and Jerry was here within an hour on sunday ! Jerry had great knowledge about garage door and pleasant to work with. He did careful diagnosis of entire garage door system and came up with recommendations however he wasn't pushy. He fixed the broken springs and also did all necessary tuning. While working he gave me details about each steps and nowI feel lot more educated than before. I am glad I called Precision door."

"I was contacted on the morning that I wanted to have the repair done after e-mailing the company the day before. The customer service person said that the repair man will arrive within a 3 hour window to fix the broken springs and call me 30 minutes before coming. Sure enough the service repair man called and arrived. Gabriel arrived and introduced himself. He was nice and friendly and listened to what the problem was. He quoted me a couple of prices and broke down what each price entailed. After choosing my option, he proceeded with the repair and found some problems which he pointed out to me and I agreed that that would be the proper course of action. The repairs took less than an hour. New spring and bearings installed, screws tightened and other maintenance issues taken care of for proper operation. Gabriel informed me of the warranty and also of new law for garage openers. He also informed me that the spring be good for 12 years. So the spring is rated for a high number of turns compared to what the previous installer had put into ours. Gabriel cleaned everything up before he left. Overall, I was happy with the service and with Gabriel who seems proud of his work and is a good representative of the company."

"I was a pleasure talking and watching the young man adjust and align our garage door. He was very through in his work efficient and knowledgeable about the workings of the door. He explained the new law effective 1 July 2019 regarding a battery backup system needs to be installed to be able to open the door in case of a fire. was not expensive and will save us dollars down the road as he sealed it very well, which it was not adjusted properly upon installation 10 years earlier.
