"I was disappointed with the service call today. When I called, I specifically asked about replacing one broken spring. When the technician arrived, he told me that company policy will not let him replace just one spring. If the individual that I had spoken to on the phone had told me that, I would not have scheduled the service and would not be out 49.95 for a service call that did nothing. The technician was pleasant but couldn't help me unless I was willing to pay 3 times what I had expected after asking for a quote on the phone."

"One of the garage door role up cables was frayed and caused the door to be off line and not closing completely. Both cables were removed and new ones installed. This took care of the problem. The garage door is just one year old and was installed by your company. I am glad it was repaired and it seems to be working fine. I guess my feeling is why wasn't it under some kind of warranty. Second one of my door openers quit working so I asked for a replacement like the existing opener that still works. What I got was a similar opener, but not the three button unit I already had. It works, but does not have the features that allow you to control the lights and stop the door.I can use it because it opens and closes the door OK."
