"I called Precision because they are well known and have been in business for a very long time. I was not disappointed as the rep. came on time - talked to me as to what I wanted - gave me an estimate that I agreed to. Then they were off to get the parts and back shortly to do the repairs and my door is absolutely wonderful. I can now use the door as it was meant to be. "Precision Door Service lives up to its many outstanding ratings (YELP- San Francisco/Hayward, ANGIE'S LIST).Moreover, all of my already high expectations were shattered...by being exceeded.Calling in to set up an appointment (assumed to be even weeks from yesterday), LEAH professionally set me up for a team to come by in about a single hour...which they did...even calling ahead of time to let me know that they were ten minutes out.Upon the arrival of Mike James and his polite and competent trainee, everything was soon 'in hand'. Mr. Jamesdid his analysis and evaluation...worked up an estimate sheet, and then explained every detail. "The springs on my door broke and would only lift up about a foot. I called Precision Door and a friendly operator took my information and scheduled a tech to be at my place the same day. JAMES W. showed up with a smile and a tech assistant. He quickly identified the problem, gave me options for the repair and up-front pricing. The time from diagnosis to fix took about an hour. My door is fixed and I am on my way. I will ONLY use this company for garage door needs moving forward, thank you JAMES W!!!"

"We checked the Yellow Pages and Precision sounded very reputable. Then we went on Yelp to double check and our initial impression was confirmed. We liked that it was a family-owned company. Our garage door motor had been installed about 25 years ago so we were thinking time had run out when it stopped working. We need a fix quickly and Precision was able to come out within 48 hours. James came out and diagnosed the issue, gave us two choices to replace the broken motor and described the differences and prices so it was easy to understand. He worked quickly and efficiently installing the new door opener/motor. The new motor is so quiet and the light it emits in the garage is an added bonus. We would recommend this company to others. "
