"Four stars: Good service rep. with apparent strong product knowledge. Excellent salesmanship. Suspect he makes lots of money for your company. My take is that it was a little pricey but then maybe I'm just out of touch with what a couple of sprigs and 25 minutes of labor should cost. All in all, good job, timely service, and since I got my door fixed, I'll probably get over the cost issue. Bottom line......Thank you."
