"What do I know about garage doors? So you read the reviews and you hope for the best. Anyone can sell you a new motor or a new spring but it's when there is a problem with their work that you figure out the bogus from the gold star. My problem was silly after they put in a new spring. And trying to explain it made me sound alittle wacko. But it was annoying. At least someone listened to me and gave me some credibility. And it got solved with the second service guy, Doug. "My Liftmaster, not so old, was going up all by itself. I did what I could according to the manual but it was beyond that. My technician came on time and assessed the situation promptly. It wasn't what I wanted to hear but had suspected. I have had other companies out when my Liftmaster went wacky but no one addressed the noise issue. My garage door has never been this quiet and smooth. There are alot of companies out there, some don't answer their e mails, some just try to sell you the whole bag of beans. This same technician worked on my mom's door and her's was a simple fix. So he knew his stuff. I was nervous after reading the negative Yelp reviews butI feel I was treated well and fairly and am pleased with the service I got."

"Just want to say what a professional repair experience I just had with Rick. He showed up right at the appointed time and despite having to work in a very confined garage space, he went about the job without a complaint. He knew exactly what had to be done and did it, even correcting a deficiency from the previous work by another outfit. The broken spring was fixed in less than 60 minutes and the door back in operation without a hitch. Definitely recommend Precision."
