"Rainy Saturday afternoon...handyman husband in hospital, our only car in garage, garage door groans, creaks...opens 3 feet high and stops dead in its track. In desperation, I go to the phonebook (yes, they still exist; not everyone has a smart phone), and look up garage door repair. 24 hour service?!! Talk to a live person?! Wow!! Within 3 hours, a tech at my door, helpful, personable, and he fixed it..at least for now. Will definitely consider your company when replacement need arises. Thanks for rescuing this lady in distress."
