"I was very satisfied by the service. The tech, Mario Mojica, called me once to let me know when he would arrive and a second time when he was on his way. He was very professional and provided me with two quotes, one for the bear minimum and one for maximizing the longevity of the operating system. He performed his work in a timely manner and showed me the fail parts and how he would correct them. "Garage door took a fairly good hit by car. The positives are Precision gave us a time window and even showed up early. The technician (I think his name was Pualino) had all the necessary skills and equipment to do a really good repair job! The only negative was I think a few the parts might have been slightly padded to up the repair cost but that is only a Un professional opinion. The repair came to over $1100 but it proved to be a necessity as it saved me from an ugly situation!!"

"I compared pricing and you company applies half of the svc call toward the bill. Mario was my serviceperson, he called aprox. 30 mins prior to arrival. I went over my issue, garage door wasn't opening with remote or wall switch. Mario first checked the wall switch and garage door opened. I had not tried to open since the 3 days before. The door was rubbing against the wall. Door is wood it gets wet and swells, we had quite a bit of rain in that week. Mario was able to fix for me same day. He was very professional with me. Once his task was completed, he had me inspect and approve the work he had done. I was pleased he also took the opportunity to show me a few things I needed to be aware that may need attention in the future. Which I appreciated very much. Job was well done. "We checked the Yellow Pages and Precision sounded very reputable. Then we went on Yelp to double check and our initial impression was confirmed. We liked that it was a family-owned company. Our garage door motor had been installed about 25 years ago so we were thinking time had run out when it stopped working. We need a fix quickly and Precision was able to come out within 48 hours. James came out and diagnosed the issue, gave us two choices to replace the broken motor and described the differences and prices so it was easy to understand. He worked quickly and efficiently installing the new door opener/motor. The new motor is so quiet and the light it emits in the garage is an added bonus. We would recommend this company to others. "

"Technician Blake Z arrived promptly and cheerfully and assessed our garage door issue in less than five minutes. With a playful grin, he said, "you have screw loose." I've been told that a few times, but this time it was accurate. Blake replaced the bolt on the track bracket and tightened the other bolt. He inspected and tested the rest of the system and was on his way in less than 15 minutes. Blake is Great! We definitely recommend Precision!"
