"Sebastian came out, on time, and immediately set to work...doing a thorough inspection of the weather-stripping.Given two options (full replacement or re-installation), I chose the latter.Sebastian painstakingly took time to further evaluate, and then reinstall the weather stripping to the bottom of the 20 year old door. He was not satisfied until everything was perfect.I couldn't have been happier (once again) with Precision and their people.THANK YOU!"

"I was contacted on the morning that I wanted to have the repair done after e-mailing the company the day before. The customer service person said that the repair man will arrive within a 3 hour window to fix the broken springs and call me 30 minutes before coming. Sure enough the service repair man called and arrived. Gabriel arrived and introduced himself. He was nice and friendly and listened to what the problem was. He quoted me a couple of prices and broke down what each price entailed. After choosing my option, he proceeded with the repair and found some problems which he pointed out to me and I agreed that that would be the proper course of action. The repairs took less than an hour. New spring and bearings installed, screws tightened and other maintenance issues taken care of for proper operation. Gabriel informed me of the warranty and also of new law for garage openers. He also informed me that the spring be good for 12 years. So the spring is rated for a high number of turns compared to what the previous installer had put into ours. Gabriel cleaned everything up before he left. Overall, I was happy with the service and with Gabriel who seems proud of his work and is a good representative of the company."

"I was a pleasure talking and watching the young man adjust and align our garage door. He was very through in his work efficient and knowledgeable about the workings of the door. He explained the new law effective 1 July 2019 regarding a battery backup system needs to be installed to be able to open the door in case of a fire. was not expensive and will save us dollars down the road as he sealed it very well, which it was not adjusted properly upon installation 10 years earlier. Thank you very much"

"Broken spring on the roll up garage door. Gabriel was on a job in Suisun City that took longer than expected. He called to explain he'd be late, arrived after dark, gave us an estimate, proceeded promptly to repair the door (ended up replacing both springs and the end bearings).
