"Service was fine however I am very disappointed the technician did not talk about Homelink and that we might need to purchase a Repeater device to allow our Homelink buttons in both our cars to work. Although a yellow information sheet was given saying this is only a rare occasion,that is not the case. Any car older than 2012 requires the use of a Repeater device. I wish the technician would have discussed with us instead of us having to figure it out ourselves. It felt kind of deceptive because it was not mentioned to us."

"The tech was on time and polite. The problem I had he stated the spring was 169 dollars plus the service call. When the bill was presented after approximately 45 minutes at my home he stated I needed two springs and charged me 338 dollars just for the springs. Two was never mentioned until I received the bill.I appreciated the punctuality of the company. Future garage door work will be shopped with other businesses."

"Thank you for the great service! Your tech came on time, he was very nice and did the work very promptly. He had the springs on his truck and cleaned up after himself. He tested the door after he was done and all on the Sunday after Thanksgiving."
