"I was very satisfied by the service. The tech, Mario Mojica, called me once to let me know when he would arrive and a second time when he was on his way. He was very professional and provided me with two quotes, one for the bear minimum and one for maximizing the longevity of the operating system. He performed his work in a timely manner and showed me the fail parts and how he would correct them. He even returned the work area to its previous condition, the only way anyone could tell he had been there is that my garage works like new. Thanks Mario, your the man!"

"Mario called me and was on time to address the situation. Options were discussed and it was decided to replace the opener since mine was about 15 yrs old. I thought I would have to wait for an appointment but he had everything on his truck to complete the job. He did so in about two hours and set up all the controls and even gave me a quick course on how to use the new system. What a difference with a belt drive system. He was very professional and cleaned up and took all the old equipment with him. Mario did a great job and I am very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone needing a repair or replacement. I also want to mention the gal on the phone who was very nice and set me up with a the same day appointment. She double checked all the information before submitting it to the technician. "

"My garage door cable wire Needed repair at 9;30 pm on a Saturday night. I called the 24/7 phone number an instantly someone answered my call and made the appt. for Sunday am. Mario the technician arrived at 8am sharp. ( he made a call in advance to assure me he was on his way) The wire cable was replace within 90 minutes. Of all the garage repair 24/7 service Precision was the only company was able to meet my emergency needs. Mario was friendly, explain the problem,showed me what the repair service was needed. The cost for the emergency repair on a Sunday, and far less expense from the others I called that evening.I will recommend Precision too all my neighbors. Thank you Mario very much."

"I compared pricing and you company applies half of the svc call toward the bill. Mario was my serviceperson, he called aprox. 30 mins prior to arrival. I went over my issue, garage door wasn't opening with remote or wall switch. Mario first checked the wall switch and garage door opened. I had not tried to open since the 3 days before. The door was rubbing against the wall. Door is wood it gets wet and swells, we had quite a bit of rain in that week. Mario was able to fix for me same day. He was very professional with me. Once his task was completed, he had me inspect and approve the work he had done. I was pleased he also took the opportunity to show me a few things I needed to be aware that may need attention in the future. Which I appreciated very much. Job was well done. I will use your company for any future needs for garage door.Jan 29, 2019"

"Mario came out to repair our garage door which had a roller that kept popping out of the track. The rollers are original and old, and in the end we discovered there were more of them showing wear and tear and about to do the same thing. Mario did a professional, thorough, and fast job of replacing all rollers on the door, made a few other adjustments as well that we are grateful for, and greased all hinges and the opener track. We appreciated his advice in what to be prepared for for future maintenance with no pressure for an immediate sale - just honest advice - so grateful for that. Overall we highly recommend Precision, and of course Mario!"
