"The service was timely and excellent. Matt was competent, honest, and finished the replacement of the 4 springs as I requested within 20 minutes. He took extra time to oil the hinges and things, explained everything, and was friendly and polite. Excellent job and employee. "The service provided was fine. My complaint is about the cost. Yes, I didn't have to have the service performed, but I needed to have the door fixed and it was too late to call anyone else. The cost was over $400 for a spring adjustment and lubrication, plus putting in a new button to open the door ($125). For the time spent (less than 30 minutes), this is excessive. I won't use your service again."

"I was very impressed with the quality and service of Precision. I called at 2:30 in the afternoon because I was having difficulty with my garage door opener and they sent out a technician that day at 4:00. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need but showed me how the rollers on the garage door were wearing out. He was extremely professional and changed the rollers in less than 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to contact Precision if and when I have other garage door needs"
