"We hadn't been able to use our roll-up garage door for many weeks after one of the rollers broke. We called Precision on Wed. and the appt. was made for the next day. Rick came and inspected the door and showed me the problems. Cracked hinge as well as the broken roller. We also had the opener replaced as our old unit had been giving up problems. It's like having a new door. The door is much quieter now when going up and down. Thank you."

"This was our second service experience with Precision, the first for replacement of two openers last year, and, while both experiences were excellent, this service call defines exceptional. Phuong worked diligently to replace springs, cables, spindles and wheels on both our our doors. He even went out of his way to correct installation problems from the time our home was built! It was a long service call, but he did not quit until everything was done perfectly. Our doors are now solid and most of all quiet! Thank you and thanks to Phuong!"

"Your advertising work as I called you first. You indicated that you special in cables and roller repairs. I was told it would cost $49.95 to adjust the door and the cable tensions of no parts were needed and it was a free estimateover the phone. Andy arivbed and said no. I was quoted over $200 for new parts. For just the adjustment it was $150 with no guarantee. Andy adjusted the door in under 15 minutes, and it cost me $150 with NO NEW PARTS."
