"I cannot say enough good things about the service that Mike has provided for me. My garage door started acting up by intermittently stopping half-way before closing. After fixing what we thought was the problem, he discovered that there was a short in the wiring that had to be replaced. He did the job, quickly and efficiently. Should I have any type of problem in the future, I would not consider calling anybody else - PRECISION GARAGE DOOR and MIKE are the BEST!!!"

"Hector was great and was on time. He was able to get my garage door opener installed in no time! When he arrived he evaluated our opener and saw that it was loosing power. Keep in mind this opener was very old. When he was done our garage door was very quite! So glad because i felt like i would wake everyone up whenever We came home late. "Service was fine however I am very disappointed the technician did not talk about Homelink and that we might need to purchase a Repeater device to allow our Homelink buttons in both our cars to work. Although a yellow information sheet was given saying this is only a rare occasion,that is not the case. Any car older than 2012 requires the use of a Repeater device. I wish the technician would have discussed with us instead of us having to figure it out ourselves. It felt kind of deceptive because it was not mentioned to us."

The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.This review was an "Online Submission". At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.
