"I was more than please with the service and professionalism of the staff from Precision. My initial call was answered in a very professionally and within minutes I was scheduled with an appointment. I promptly received an email confirming my appointment and information on the name of the technician who would be servicing my call. When Matt came to my door he was pleasant and professional, introduced himself and then fully explained the extent of damage to my garage door. Within minutes Matt had called the office, ordered the parts for repair, and rescheduled to return the very next day, parts in hand, to do the repair. "The service Precision provided for my garage door is about the best service I have ever received for anything in my home. On a Saturday, the technician showed up about an hour after I called, which was almost an hour before the promised time. Doug turned out to be very courteous and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He replaced the springs and replaced the broken parts of the motor, very quickly and efficiently, and explained everything clearly. I like keeping my home in good repair, but am also sensitive about being sold services I don't need or want. Doug was tactful, did an absolutely first rate job, and left me feeling like I got exactly what I wanted for a price I was comfortable with. May sound silly, but I actually look forward to coming in and out of my garage just to see and hear it work like new. Well done, Doug. Well done, Precision."

"What do I know about garage doors? So you read the reviews and you hope for the best. Anyone can sell you a new motor or a new spring but it's when there is a problem with their work that you figure out the bogus from the gold star. My problem was silly after they put in a new spring. And trying to explain it made me sound alittle wacko. But it was annoying. At least someone listened to me and gave me some credibility. And it got solved with the second service guy, Doug. "My garage door broke a few minutes before 4:00 p.m. I called the company that had installed the garage door, but they said they couldn't come to fix it until late afternoon of the next day. That means the garage would have been open all night and all the next day. It was very upsetting. Then I called Precision. The owner said he would send someone out right away. Matt was there within a couple of hours. He was extremely efficient and knew just what to do. He fixed it very quickly, and I was so relieved. The cost was very reasonable, too. I recommend Precision very highly."

"My wife opened the garage door with the lock still engaged. I thought I needed a new garage door for sure. I'm glad I called Precision. Matt came out promptly on a Sunday at no extra charge. "Had a Sunday emergency repair after a neighbor backed into our garage. Called Precision and had a repair person(Doug) out here with 1/2 hour after calling. I cannot say enough about the high quality of workmanship and professionalism that Doug performed.
