"Paulino came out today and repaired my garage door. He was very professional and finished the work in a short time and appeared to do it well. I would be happy to have him work on a project of mine anytime in the future. He replaced the springs, balanced the door, installed a Liftmaster garage door opener. I paid your company over $1200 (which I do not dispute), but I find it outrageous that I had to pay an additional $50 service fee! It does not promote my feeling of goodwill toward your company. I had hoped even that the service fee I paid yesterday could be credited to the work done today. For that reason I cannot give your company 5 stars. I would very much like to hear from you as to the justification for an additional service fee. I assume you will not be posting this review on your web site."

"Liked your ad in yellow pages. Thought I would leave a message, and was totally shocked to have a person answer. She was actually able to set up appt. within hours of my call --- this on a Sunday!! Doug arrived right on time, and explained the problem to me, and suggested what needed to be done, and finished the job in record time. Doug was efficient, friendly and professional! "It was more than a broken spring; the technician gave me an estimate and would be able to fix immediately, which was tempting. However, the owner wanted mpore than one estimate using what was said to be needed. We found one $300 lower and another even lower than that; both with full warranties using all new parts. The technician was knowledgable and polite."

"I found Precision on Google. Called them on Saturday morning and they arrived 2 hours later. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Turns out that it was more than a broken spring so cost a lot more than I expected, however it was a very old door and now works better (quieter) than before. May or may not be the cheapest, but you can't beat the service!"
