"One of the garage door role up cables was frayed and caused the door to be off line and not closing completely. Both cables were removed and new ones installed. This took care of the problem. The garage door is just one year old and was installed by your company. I am glad it was repaired and it seems to be working fine. I guess my feeling is why wasn't it under some kind of warranty. Second one of my door openers quit working so I asked for a replacement like the existing opener that still works. What I got was a similar opener, but not the three button unit I already had. It works, but does not have the features that allow you to control the lights and stop the door.I can use it because it opens and closes the door OK."

"It was 8:30 PM when I tried to open my garage door to drive to pick up my husband at Bart and my son at band practice. The garage door opener was broken and I was unable to get it open. I called Precision and they had a tection, Matt, at my home in less than 45 minutes. He did a great job. In less than 60 minutes he repaired the door and had it working like new. I hightly recommend this company!"

"Bill S. did an excellent job on our garage door. Although he was to have shown up between 4-6 pm and he didnâ??t get here until after 8 pm due to another job, he was focused, professional, and sincerely interested in doing the best job he could even though it took him until midnight. Because the door did not meet the ground evenly when it was closed, we requested that he come back out today to make an adjustment which he did by putting a heavier spring on one side. It is rare to encounter a person with such perseverance and a gracious attitude. I would recommend your company to my neighbors in our townhouse complex or anyone who needed the services you provide. It is also good to know that you have offices in so many locations so that should we move we could call on you again. Thank you."

"I found your company in the Yellow Pages and called to set up an appointment to have my garage door spring replaced. I was quoted a $49 service charge for the trip. The technician showed up on time and he was courteous and professional and the door works smoothly. I was surprised however that I had to pay the service charge even though the cost of the repair and overhaul was $750. I would have thought that this would have been a credit towards the repair. Also he was unable to get one of the tracks off to replace the rollers and he had to bend it and then used a hammer to try to return it to the proper shape. This track needs to be replaced as it wasn't bent before it was worked on. If not for the fee and the track being damaged I would have given five stars."
