"Service was good, Rick was good, however "hidden" fees surfaced - Rick began discussing fees that were not explained to me when scheduling the app't. It put Rick in a uncomfortable position - he had to call the office for clarification - Also, my $10.00 discount was not deducted from the final bill. I called the office and asked for a $10.00 credit. Dwayne, can you see that I get my credit please. I will recommend your company because the work was excellent."

"I woke up this morning to find out that my garage door wouldn't open. It was a broken spring. I called Precision Door Service at 6:30 in the morning and was told that a technician would be out between 8-10am. I was so impressed to find out that I could look up the technician that was assigned to the job and not only see his picture but also read about his background on their website. Andy showed up right around 8am. He replaced the springs only to find that the motor needed to be replaced as well. He explained the options we had and it was great to know that he had all the parts necessary regardless of what we decided on. He did the work quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Precision for any garage door need. I would surely use them again and refer everyone/anyone to them. THANK YOU again for your quick, efficient service. You made a stressful situation painless!!"

"I called at 5:30pm and was able to get appointment for the same evening. Rick arrived within the time frame quoted and very quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. I was very pleased with his professionalism. My only complaint is that I was told there was a $49.95 service charge for the visit and if parts were needed, the labor would be included in the price - so far so good. However, my problem did not require parts and it took Rick about 30 minutes to fix the problem, so I thought the $49.95 would cover the labor charge, but it did not. I would have liked the office to explain at the time I called that the labor for any work would cost above and beyond the $49.95 even if I did not need parts. That being said, I was pleased with the actual service and would use Precision Doors again."
