"When I contacted Precision, the words that got my attention were "24/7". My old opener had quit the night before and I had to close it manually. In calling another company twice I got only answering machines. I looked at the ad again and called what was advertised as "family owned." They came as soon as they could which was later that day. The installers of the new system were polite and seemed to do a good job. The reason I am not giving all five stars is because I had a problem with a hardware malfunction a couple of days later. They came and fixed at no extra charge. "I will always take care of your door." Hani said."

"Paulino came out today and repaired my garage door. He was very professional and finished the work in a short time and appeared to do it well. I would be happy to have him work on a project of mine anytime in the future. He replaced the springs, balanced the door, installed a Liftmaster garage door opener. I paid your company over $1200 (which I do not dispute), but I find it outrageous that I had to pay an additional $50 service fee! It does not promote my feeling of goodwill toward your company. I had hoped even that the service fee I paid yesterday could be credited to the work done today. For that reason I cannot give your company 5 stars. I would very much like to hear from you as to the justification for an additional service fee. I assume you will not be posting this review on your web site."

We will refund the service fee on the initial call. Each time we come to a home we charge a $50 service fee as it is extremely expensive to run service in the BAY AREA and the fee only makes up for some of the costs. Sorry this was not handled up front.

"I called at 5:30pm and was able to get appointment for the same evening. Rick arrived within the time frame quoted and very quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. I was very pleased with his professionalism. My only complaint is that I was told there was a $49.95 service charge for the visit and if parts were needed, the labor would be included in the price - so far so good. However, my problem did not require parts and it took Rick about 30 minutes to fix the problem, so I thought the $49.95 would cover the labor charge, but it did not. I would have liked the office to explain at the time I called that the labor for any work would cost above and beyond the $49.95 even if I did not need parts. That being said, I was pleased with the actual service and would use Precision Doors again."
