"Precision was actually not the first garage door repair company I called...just the first that answered their phone. This was important because my vehicle was stuck inside the garage when the spring broke, and I had other commitments that day. They were out within a couple of hours and had my garage door fixed in a little over an hour beyond that. There ended up being more extensive fixes than the spring. I was happy about the 5 year warranty too. An extra bonus was that as he worked, Paulino, the repair guy, made my kids laugh, and even lubricated our second, difficult garage door so it would also lift easily. End of story? Nope. Later, after Paulino left (he did take the time to make sure the door worked multiple times, by the way), the garage door started having trouble closing, and actually would not close at all when evening came. So, again, they sent someone out...didn't catch his name...and he had the garage door fixed again before bedtime. Not only that, but he tightened and checked extra things so it (the roller) wouldn't come loose again. We are now on the second day, and so far pleased."
