"Rainy Saturday afternoon...handyman husband in hospital, our only car in garage, garage door groans, creaks...opens 3 feet high and stops dead in its track. In desperation, I go to the phonebook (yes, they still exist; not everyone has a smart phone), and look up garage door repair. 24 hour service?!! Talk to a live person?! Wow!! "Very overwhelmed with the professional work done by Precision Door Services Doors. I called Precision Door Services this afternoon, and the Technician came out within the four-hour time frame that I was promised. Technician did a great job of explaining all my options and didn't attempt to upsell me with anything. He explained all my options and what I could do if I wanted to do anything on my own. I had an issue with a broken cable, a loose chain on the opener and a wheel that was popping off the track. Even though my opener is very old, he could make the adjustments and now I probably can hold off on replacing it for a little while. I was amazed at how much quieter and smoother the door opens and closes now after he made the adjustments/repairs. When he was done, he explained everything that he did and what I could do in the future when I am ready, like add a keypad for the door. I got some very good tips on brands and types of doors and openers I should consider. Even though I may wait a bit to replace the doors, when I do, I will be calling Precision Door services for my future repair. you guys the best!!!!!"

"I give Precision from the lady that answered my request for service and James Who came out early like I had requested a five star rating. James went beyond the call of duty to help me with new rollers and to fix a problem on the tile of my garage inside roof that made the door stick. James was very professional, but friendly and answered all my questions. I will highly recommend James to anyone I can. I chose Precision because a little over a month ago James was fixing the garage door of my neighbor and I went over to speak to him about mine. He gave me his tags and put one on the side of my garage wall. I already had two there, but remember how informative James was and friendly in a professional manner. I also really like the fact that I could call Precision and get someone to answer the phone after 6PM in the evening and not a voicemail. Being diamond certified was a plus. "I started off wanting just a my springs repaired due to one being broke. I was soon talked into a complete overhaul of garage hardware. Paulino explained the pricing, I was apprehensive, but I am glad I did. He pointed out to me that I actually had a cable fraying. He helped me with pricing and after the service, the garage door is smooth and quiet. They may charge a little more, but the parts appear to be of superior quality and not construction grade. The door and lift are 14 years old, so it was probably time. Thank you Paulino."
