"Paulino responded to a late night service request for work. Precision installed a new spring and belt opener in November '13. Somehow the rod holding the spring became detached from the wall bracket and the door wouldn't open or close. Paulino was here at 9 p.m. and worked very quickly to fix the issue. Now my door opens smoothly. I chose Precision originally because of their large presence in the bay area and because they are available 24/7 for service calls."

"Our door heavy wood door came off the tracks and our springs broke. We called out another company- the technician said it was a 2 man job then left.They never came back. We called Precision Door from a yellow page ad. Paulino showed up and went over the damage. He said he could fix it and one hour later, our door was working perfectly and was more quieter than ever. "One of the garage door role up cables was frayed and caused the door to be off line and not closing completely. Both cables were removed and new ones installed. This took care of the problem. The garage door is just one year old and was installed by your company. I am glad it was repaired and it seems to be working fine. I guess my feeling is why wasn't it under some kind of warranty. Second one of my door openers quit working so I asked for a replacement like the existing opener that still works. What I got was a similar opener, but not the three button unit I already had. It works, but does not have the features that allow you to control the lights and stop the door.I can use it because it opens and closes the door OK."

"Paulino came out today and repaired my garage door. He was very professional and finished the work in a short time and appeared to do it well. I would be happy to have him work on a project of mine anytime in the future. He replaced the springs, balanced the door, installed a Liftmaster garage door opener. I paid your company over $1200 (which I do not dispute), but I find it outrageous that I had to pay an additional $50 service fee! It does not promote my feeling of goodwill toward your company. I had hoped even that the service fee I paid yesterday could be credited to the work done today. For that reason I cannot give your company 5 stars. I would very much like to hear from you as to the justification for an additional service fee. I assume you will not be posting this review on your web site."
