"I was happy with the technician who reprogrammed my garage door opener, but I was not happy about the cost. It took him only about 15 minutes, but I was charged $99 for labor and $49.95 for a service charge. There was no discount for seniors. I would rate 5 for the technician, but I would not recommend your company to my friends."

"Technician Blake Z arrived promptly and cheerfully and assessed our garage door issue in less than five minutes. With a playful grin, he said, "you have screw loose." I've been told that a few times, but this time it was accurate. Blake replaced the bolt on the track bracket and tightened the other bolt. He inspected and tested the rest of the system and was on his way in less than 15 minutes. Blake is Great! We definitely recommend Precision!"

"I looked at door springs on Home Depot for under $100. The nice I talked to on the phone said it would be around $250 for the spring and installation, I was expecting a bill around that much. what was missing in our conversation was exactly what was needed to replace spring. Hence the the bill was $806, 2/3rds the price of the door, wow, by the Jim did a great job, and thanked him."

"Extraordinary installation and follow up of a new Liftmaster 8550 to replace an ailing 8500 Jackshaft unit. Chad was totally candid of the pros and cons of my existing setup, provided choices, and I decided on a total rework to address previous deficiencies. . To my surprise, the work was completed that same day. Sean came by a week later to perform some minor adjustments, assisted and provided connectivity to existing HomeLink vehicles. You guys rock!
