"I started off wanting just a my springs repaired due to one being broke. I was soon talked into a complete overhaul of garage hardware. Paulino explained the pricing, I was apprehensive, but I am glad I did. He pointed out to me that I actually had a cable fraying. He helped me with pricing and after the service, the garage door is smooth and quiet. They may charge a little more, but the parts appear to be of superior quality and not construction grade. The door and lift are 14 years old, so it was probably time. Thank you Paulino."

"Service was fine however I am very disappointed the technician did not talk about Homelink and that we might need to purchase a Repeater device to allow our Homelink buttons in both our cars to work. Although a yellow information sheet was given saying this is only a rare occasion,that is not the case. Any car older than 2012 requires the use of a Repeater device. I wish the technician would have discussed with us instead of us having to figure it out ourselves. It felt kind of deceptive because it was not mentioned to us."
