"I called Precision because they are well known and have been in business for a very long time. I was not disappointed as the rep. came on time - talked to me as to what I wanted - gave me an estimate that I agreed to. Then they were off to get the parts and back shortly to do the repairs and my door is absolutely wonderful. I can now use the door as it was meant to be. I will recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors."

"Mario called me and was on time to address the situation. Options were discussed and it was decided to replace the opener since mine was about 15 yrs old. I thought I would have to wait for an appointment but he had everything on his truck to complete the job. He did so in about two hours and set up all the controls and even gave me a quick course on how to use the new system. What a difference with a belt drive system. He was very professional and cleaned up and took all the old equipment with him. Mario did a great job and I am very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone needing a repair or replacement. I also want to mention the gal on the phone who was very nice and set me up with a the same day appointment. She double checked all the information before submitting it to the technician. "

"I have never herd of Precision door service until April 2019 when their commercials started showing up on of the stations I watch. For the most part I just took it as a commercial - no big deal. After seeing this commercial for a couple of weeks, for some reason I said what the heck and wrote down their phone number and left it at that. The very next morning I tried to open my garage door and dang if it wouldn't open but a few inches. I looked up and discovered the coil spring had broken! I didn't hesitate to call - you got it "Precision door service". One of the best decisions I have ever made. I live person answered the phone within a reasonable time. Listened to my story and set up an appointment the very next morning between 8:00 am and 12 Noon. The technician arrived around 8:30 - 9:00 am. He inspected the door, explained tom what and why it failed, then made suggestions to assure a good fix. No pressure, the decision was completely mine. Of course I took his suggestion totally. He began the work immediately after my decision. He replaced both springs, both pulleys and all the rollers within a couple of hours. He also adjusted the door Open and Close settings and the opener and chain. I realize this is a winded testimony but I was really impressed with the Service, Knowledge, Courteousness of the technician and of the company doing what it said it would do. Thank you! I give this company and all Five Stars!!! "

"Today my Garage Door spring broke and I was referred by my neighbor to Precision Garage door. I called them and Jerry was here within an hour on sunday ! Jerry had great knowledge about garage door and pleasant to work with. He did careful diagnosis of entire garage door system and came up with recommendations however he wasn't pushy. He fixed the broken springs and also did all necessary tuning. While working he gave me details about each steps and nowI feel lot more educated than before. I am glad I called Precision door."

"I was a pleasure talking and watching the young man adjust and align our garage door. He was very through in his work efficient and knowledgeable about the workings of the door. He explained the new law effective 1 July 2019 regarding a battery backup system needs to be installed to be able to open the door in case of a fire. was not expensive and will save us dollars down the road as he sealed it very well, which it was not adjusted properly upon installation 10 years earlier. "My garage door cable wire Needed repair at 9;30 pm on a Saturday night. I called the 24/7 phone number an instantly someone answered my call and made the appt. for Sunday am. Mario the technician arrived at 8am sharp. ( he made a call in advance to assure me he was on his way) The wire cable was replace within 90 minutes. Of all the garage repair 24/7 service Precision was the only company was able to meet my emergency needs. Mario was friendly, explain the problem,showed me what the repair service was needed. The cost for the emergency repair on a Sunday, and far less expense from the others I called that evening.I will recommend Precision too all my neighbors. Thank you Mario very much."
