"I compared pricing and you company applies half of the svc call toward the bill. Mario was my serviceperson, he called aprox. 30 mins prior to arrival. I went over my issue, garage door wasn't opening with remote or wall switch. Mario first checked the wall switch and garage door opened. I had not tried to open since the 3 days before. The door was rubbing against the wall. Door is wood it gets wet and swells, we had quite a bit of rain in that week. Mario was able to fix for me same day. He was very professional with me. Once his task was completed, he had me inspect and approve the work he had done. I was pleased he also took the opportunity to show me a few things I needed to be aware that may need attention in the future. Which I appreciated very much. Job was well done. I will use your company for any future needs for garage door.Jan 29, 2019"

"Precision Door Service lives up to its many outstanding ratings (YELP- San Francisco/Hayward, ANGIE'S LIST).Moreover, all of my already high expectations were shattered...by being exceeded.Calling in to set up an appointment (assumed to be even weeks from yesterday), LEAH professionally set me up for a team to come by in about a single hour...which they did...even calling ahead of time to let me know that they were ten minutes out.Upon the arrival of Mike James and his polite and competent trainee, everything was soon 'in hand'. Mr. Jamesdid his analysis and evaluation...worked up an estimate sheet, and then explained every detail. How much to do(all, some or none) was strictly up to me, and I believe that it was a prudent, wise choice to go all out- and thereinpreclude any future problems. These two gentlemen worked diligently...carefully, and professionally until completion of all phases of the work that needed to be performed.I was ecstatic, and conveyed my pleasure to them...and to the general pubic-at large.GREAT COMPANY, GREAT WORKMEN, GREAT RESULTS.Thank You Does Not Adequately Convey My Appreciation...But Passing On My HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION Might...and So I Have."

"Mario came out to repair our garage door which had a roller that kept popping out of the track. The rollers are original and old, and in the end we discovered there were more of them showing wear and tear and about to do the same thing. Mario did a professional, thorough, and fast job of replacing all rollers on the door, made a few other adjustments as well that we are grateful for, and greased all hinges and the opener track. We appreciated his advice in what to be prepared for for future maintenance with no pressure for an immediate sale - just honest advice - so grateful for that. Overall we highly recommend Precision, and of course Mario!"

"The springs on my door broke and would only lift up about a foot. I called Precision Door and a friendly operator took my information and scheduled a tech to be at my place the same day. JAMES W. showed up with a smile and a tech assistant. He quickly identified the problem, gave me options for the repair and up-front pricing. The time from diagnosis to fix took about an hour. My door is fixed and I am on my way. I will ONLY use this company for garage door needs moving forward, thank you JAMES W!!!"

"I made two appointments in two days with another door company that canceled both days after I had waited 3 hours for them while taking time off from work. I called precision door, they scheduled an appointment in less than 24 hours and arrived early. Courteous, knowledgeable, and fast working technician. 5 stars all the way."

"We checked the Yellow Pages and Precision sounded very reputable. Then we went on Yelp to double check and our initial impression was confirmed. We liked that it was a family-owned company. Our garage door motor had been installed about 25 years ago so we were thinking time had run out when it stopped working. We need a fix quickly and Precision was able to come out within 48 hours. James came out and diagnosed the issue, gave us two choices to replace the broken motor and described the differences and prices so it was easy to understand. He worked quickly and efficiently installing the new door opener/motor. The new motor is so quiet and the light it emits in the garage is an added bonus. We would recommend this company to others. "

"This was the second service call for me. I called the night before after hours not expecting to speak with a person and they picked up. 24/7! They came by the next morning and installed a new bracket at the top of the door, new springs, and new cables. My original door was installed 18 years ago. It works great, and I know it will for another 18 years. Josh did a terrific job, on time and very friendly and professional. Great company. I will highly recommend Precision Door Service!"
